About & Biography

Er. Yogendra Singh was born into a farmer's family. He completed his schooling at Kumarbagh Government School, followed by his intermediate education at Science College, Patna. He pursued engineering at Bihar College of Engineering, Patna.

He joined the Public Works Department (PWD) as an Assistant Engineer and served for several decades, progressing through the department to the position of Chief Engineer. He retired from government service on 31 January 2025.

Following his retirement, Er. Yogendra Singh joined TASPL as a consultant, where he is involved in supervising a government four-lane project. His professional journey reflects a long association with public infrastructure development and engineering services.
