About Babu Kunwar Singh Education Society

An educational fund created to help talented students continue their academic journey.

The Society is registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, as Registration No. 99 of 1980, with amendments to its governing documents up to 2010. Its purpose is to create and manage an educational fund for meritorious and deserving students who may otherwise be unable to pursue higher studies.

The Society's objectives include providing scholarships to eligible students, and encouraging them to continue their higher education in India or abroad.

The educational fund provides merit-based and merit-cum-poverty scholarships, loans and other financial assistance to meritorious and deserving students with limited financial resources. The amount of scholarship for different courses is determined by the Executive Committee from time to time.

Scholarship Renewal

Continuing
Support.

The scholarship award is initially provided for one academic year and may be renewed from year to year until completion of the course.

Renewal is subject to satisfactory academic progress and good conduct as assessed by the Executive Committee. Awardees may be required to submit a progress report at the beginning of each academic year and whenever required by the Committee.
