Sri Bipin Singh

Bipin Singh, Founder of GOAL Institute and Chairman of GOAL Group, was born and raised in a modest village in Gaya, Bihar, where he grew up with the values of discipline, honesty and hard work. In 1991, he moved to Patna for higher studies and to pursue his aspirations. His experiences as a student gradually shaped his larger purpose of creating an educational system where talented students could receive the right guidance, disciplined preparation and personal support to realise their potential.

On 18 August 1997, with limited resources but a strong vision, he started GOAL Practice Centre in a single room at Mahendru, Patna. The philosophy was centred on systematic practice, discipline, personal attention and continuous improvement. This modest beginning gradually evolved into GOAL Institute, which established a strong presence in medical entrance preparation across Bihar and Jharkhand.

Over the years, GOAL students achieved notable ranks and selections in AIIMS, AIPMT and other prestigious medical entrance examinations. Along with academic excellence, Bipin Singh emphasised mentoring, residential support and a culture of care, creating an environment in which students could pursue their goals with confidence and discipline.

A major milestone came in 2017 with the beginning of GOAL Education Village, developed over 14 acres as a residential academic ecosystem combining classroom learning, self-study, mentoring, hostel facilities, library resources and sports. It represented an expansion of his vision to provide students with an environment where academics, discipline and personal development could progress together.

After 29 years, the journey that began in a single room has contributed to the success of more than 20,000 medicos and doctors and has touched the lives of over two lakh students and guardians. His contribution to education has also been recognised on numerous platforms and by prominent leaders and institutions.

As Chairman of GOAL Group, Bipin Singh is taking this legacy into a broader phase encompassing education, skilling, digital initiatives, healthcare and infrastructure. His vision remains rooted in the same purpose with which the journey began: to identify potential, create opportunities and contribute meaningfully to society.
