Praveen Kumar is a seasoned HR professional with 34 years of experience across diverse sectors, including Cement, Fertilizer and Copper. He has held senior leadership positions, including Head of HR at Ambuja Cement, then part of Holcim, a Swiss multinational, and subsequently Chief – Employee Relations at Adani Cement Business, Ahmedabad.

A SHRM-certified senior professional and Certified Master Coach, he has also undertaken advanced certifications in key HR disciplines, including Facilitation Skills, Talent Review and Succession Planning. He has attended an Advanced Leadership Programme at IMD Lausanne, Switzerland.

A voracious reader, Praveen continues to pursue his interests in reading and travelling after retirement. Born and brought up in Patna, he is currently settled in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad.
