About & Biography

Dr. Sheo Bachchan Singh completed his MBBS from Patna Medical College in 1978 and MD (Paediatrics) from Patna Medical College in 1982. He joined the Bihar Government Service and took voluntary retirement after 25 years of service at A. N. Magadh Medical College, Gaya.

Following his government service, Dr. Singh established and currently runs Sheo Hospital and Sheo Shishu Hospital in Gaya, Bihar, continuing his commitment to patient care and paediatric healthcare.

Dr. Singh has held leadership positions in the Indian Medical Association (IMA) Gaya, serving as its Secretary and President. He currently serves as a Central Council Member from IMA Gaya, Bihar, and as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of IMA Gaya, Bihar.

He is also a member of the Managing Committee of the Red Cross Society, Gaya, contributing to community and humanitarian service.

Dr. Singh has received recognition for his professional and academic contributions, including the Pioneer Award of the East Zone IAP in 2009 and the Bihar State IAP Award for Academic Excellence in 2015.
